Event: Come Skate With Us!

Justin from Horrible Night and I have been talking about doing a “Geeks Night Out” for a little while now. But then I decided to sell my house and everything else got put on the back burner for the time being. Now that life has settled down a bit, we’re making it happen.

Our first event will be roller skating at the Roller Cave on the east side of Indianapolis. This is an all ages even so bring the kids too! And if you’re worried about injury, feel free to wear protective gear. Claire and I will certainly be in at least knee pads. And I never skate without wrist guards. So you won’t be the odd one out.

The Race City Rebels, Indianapolis’s Men’s Roller Derby Team, will also be having a fundraiser that night. (They will also all be wearing gear.) They’re heading to San Francisco to play a team out there and need to raise money for airline tickets and hotel rooms. So if you come, please say you’re with either the Rebels or Geek’s Night Out and the boys will get a cut of your admission fee.

Where: Roller Cave at 8734 E 21st St, Indianapolis, IN 46219

When: 2/28 from 7:00pm-11:00pm

Cost: $10, includes skate rental.
