My First Cosplay – Jet Girl

It’s not a party until Tank Girl and Jet show up!

I am very excited to be writing this post. I was invited to an apocalypse costume party, and it has given me my very first cosplay experience! The costumes were supposed to be apocalypse themed, so my friend Claire and I went as Tank Girl and Jet. I was Jet, naturally.

Coming up with the idea was the easy part. Claire and I sat on her couch and watched Tank Girl, and discussed the finer parts of costuming. Execution was tricky, especially on my end. Jet has a few trademark looks, but most of them are somewhat pricey.

In the end, I decided to go with the outfit from the battle at Water and Power.
